All foods, whether raw or cooked, sweet or savoury, whether entrees or mains, dessert or cheese, can be processed to various texture levels. It is ideal for processing two to ten portions.

The Robot Coupe Blixer 3 Blender-Mixer also features a strong perspex polycarbonate lid which allows you to add any liquid or ingredient during processing, a fine serrated stainless steel blade assembly and bowl scraper for easy cleaning. The pulsing function allows to control the blending and mixing process more accurately. It also has a single speed of 3000rpm ideal for all types of food.
