This IMC PC2 Large Volume Potato Chipper is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range. It makes easy work of transforming potatoes into prepared chips with its fast operation that is capable of cutting 25kg of chips per minute and virtually eliminates waste.
The Chipper has a range of knife blocks available (one supplied) and is compact and easy to clean, making this versatile enough for establishments such as cafés, pubs, bars, restaurants and much more.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
