This Reversible Cast Iron Griddle Tray is part of the Brakes Cookware range and is a must have for all you chefs to create delicious chargrilled steak, fish, chicken or vegetables. The griddle tray cooks by laying over two hob rings or barbecues heating, the Griddle also features a drip tray that channels fat, making food healthier.

The Griddle Tray is made from cast iron making it economical and robust with brilliant heat retention and distribution. The natural properties of the cast iron allow food such as meat and fish to cook without losing any flavour or moisture. The tray is reversible, one side has ridges to create a stripped seared effect and the other is smooth and can be used to cook eggs and pancakes, the tray also features handles for easy transportation.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
