This 10 inch Tapered Black Iron Pizza Pan is part of the Contacto range which is ideal for baking delicious traditional pizzas in commercial or domestic kitchens, at restaurants, bakers, delis or anywhere pizzas are part of the menu choice.
The pizza pan is made from hardwearing tapered black steel, and can be used in either conveyor or deck ovens. The tapered edge allows the dough to be placed over the pan and cut with a rolling pin making the process faster and more efficient when large numbers are required.
This pizza pan is not recommended for dishwasher use and should be kept dry and well oiled with cooking oil once used. Please note metal utensils should not used with this product.
The dimensions of this pizza base are 25.4x1.9cm (10x0.75"). Alternative sizes and a deep pan options are also available in the Contacto range giving excellent flexibility for the pizza range offered.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
