This 25.4cm Coupe Style Pizza Pan is part of the Brakes Pizza and Pasta Tools range. This perforated coupe style pans is a heavy duty version of the pizza screen with slightly and larger perforations of and 5mm, and producing a more evenly baked base.

Pizza Pans are a welcome addition to any kitchen at pizzerias, bakeries, hotels, cake shops, or any baking establishment. This perforated version is Ideal for conveyor ovens and due to the turned up edges they are also perfect for deck ovens.

The dimensions of this pan are 25.4x1.2cm (10x0.5"). Alternative 20cm, and 30cm pan sizes are also available. Other products in the Brakes pizza and pasta range include, pizza pans, screens, cutters and grips.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isle of Man will incur an additional charge. Manufacturers’ warranties apply to mainland UK only. Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
