This 14 inch Black Iron Deep Pizza Pan is part of the Brakes range which is ideal for baking delicious traditional deep pan pizzas in commercial or domestic kitchens, at restaurants, bakers, delis or anywhere pizzas are part of the menu choice.

and The deep pizza pan is made from hardwearing and robust black steel, and can be used in either conveyor or deck ovens. The deep edge allows the dough to rise enabling the baking of this thick dough.

This pizza pan is not recommended for dishwasher use and should be kept dry and well oiled with cooking oil once used. Please note metal utensils should not used with this pan and the pan should be seasoned prior to use.
