Tin Plate Cake Cooling Wire

This Tin Plate Cake Cooling Wire is part of the Brakes Bake and Cookwear range, which is ideal for placing delicious cakes or any baking whilst cooling down. The wire mesh is compact enough to cause minimal damage to the cake, yet allows enough space to allow the even airflow.

The cooling tray is made from tin wire which is durable food safe, although not recommended for dishwasher use.

The dimensions of this cooling wire are 55x35cm (22x14") and a smaller 40x26.5cm option is also available. Other products in the bakeware range include pastry cutters, mixing bowls, baking tins, utensils and trays.
