Food waste is a major problem for all foodservice outlets. It can be difficult to process and dispose of safely and efficiently. Food waste typically represents around 40% of total commercial catering waste. Of this 40%, approximately 77% is liquid. The IMC F79/010 Waste Station grinds the food waste into fine particles and these particles then feed directly into the built-in dewatering system.

Through centrifugal action, the IMC F79/010 Waste Station forces out the excess liquid from the macerated waste. This �grey water� is fed directly in to the drain, the resulting solid fraction of the food waste is collected in small, easily managed, lidded bins, ready for onward processing.

The dimensions of this IMC F79/010 Waste Station are W1000xD900xH700mm and it can dispose of 700kg waste per hour. It is also supplied with the assurance of a 2 years parts and labour warranty.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
