Food waste is a major problem for all foodservice outlets. It can be difficult to process and dispose of safely and efficiently. Food waste typically represents around 40% of total commercial catering waste. Of this 40%, approximately 77% is liquid. The IMC F79/010 Waste Station grinds the food waste into fine particles and these particles then feed directly into the built-in dewatering system.
Through centrifugal action, the IMC F79/010 Waste Station forces out the excess liquid from the macerated waste. This “grey water” is fed directly in to the drain, the resulting solid fraction of the food waste is collected in small, easily managed, lidded bins, ready for onward processing.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
