This Winterhalter UC energy option is available as an added extra when ordering an EU Dishwasher or Glasswasher, making it ideal for many establishments where commercial dish and glass washers are used, such as hotels, pubs, restaurants, schools and many more.
The UC Energy Option is a patented circulating air heat recovery system that extracts energy from water vapour (steam) to pre-heat the cold feed water and is designed to save up to 2920kW per year by recycling heat, making this option ideal for busy kitchens where Dishwashers are in constant use. Please note: this option increases the height of all UC Dishwashers or Glasswashers by 85mm.
This option needs to be ordered when purchasing a UC Dishwasher or Glasswasher and it is estimated that this will pay for itself within 2 years.
