This prep counter also operates at an ambient of 32C. The exterior also features a simple to read and use electronic Dixell controller with temperature display.
The interior of this prep counter has a 282 litres capacity and holds 1 x 1/1 GN shelf per door. It also accepts 6 x 1/3 gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep which are not supplied but are available separately here at Brakes. The doors are self closing for added convenience and replaceable gaskets for easy maintenance. The base features castors for easy maneuverability and transportation as well as static positioning when in use.
