Both the interior and exterior is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and is ideal for long-term and continuous use. The prep counter top is made from granite.

The refrigerated counter has a temperature range of +2 to +8°C, ensuring your food is kept chilled at its best. It features an automatic defrost system and is also fan assisted ensuring that the temperature is evenly distributed. This counter operates at an ambient of 32°C. This Blizzard refrigerated counter features an electronic Dixell controller with temperature display which both easy to use and read.

The Blizzard BCC3 PREPGRANITE Stainless Steel 3 Door Prep Counter has the capacity to hold 8 x 1/6 gastronorm containers which are not supplied as standard but are available separately here at Brakes. There is also 1 x 1/1 gastronorm shelf per door. The removable gasket allows for easy maintenance.

The rounded interior corners allow for easy cleaning. The adjustable feet at base allows you to tailor the height of the counter to your personal needs or kitchen specifications.
