This Blizzard BCC2EN Refrigerated Compact Counter with Prep Top is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, delis, restaurants, canteens, hospitals and much more. The interior and exterior is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. The interior corners are all rounded for easy cleaning.

The Blizzard BCC2EN Refrigerated Compact Counter has a temperature range of +2 to +8�C, ensuring your food is chilled at its best. The refrigerator is fan assisted ensuring that the temperature is evenly distributed throughout. It also has automatic defrost for added convenience. This prep counter also operates at an ambient of 32�C. The exterior also features a simple to read and use electronic Dixell controller with temperature display.

The interior of this prep counter has a 240 litres capacity and holds 1 x 1/1 GN shelf per door. It also accepts 5 x 1/6 gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep which are not supplied but are available separately here at Brakes. The gaskets are also replaceable for easy maintenance. The base features adjustable feet so that height can be tailored to your personal needs or kitchen specifications.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
