This Blizzard BCC3-6D-ECO Compact Counter with 4 Drawers is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, ideal for use in hotels, restaurants, delis, cafés, hospitals, canteens and much more.
The interior and exterior of this Gastronorm Counter is made from stainless steel, which and is durable, robust, hygienic and designed for continuous and long-term use. The base of the Blizzard Refrigerated Counter features adjustable legs so that the height can be adjusted to personal needs or kitchen specifications.
The Blizzard BCC3-6D-ECO Compact Counter with 4 Drawers has been designed to hold 1/1 gastronorm trays / containers, which are available separately for purchase from Brakes. This Counter has a 149 net / and 342 gross and litre capacity and is fan assisted, which ensures an even distribution of temperature, thus and throughout enabling your food to be chilled at its best.
This Blizzard Gastronorm Counter has a temperature range of +2 to +8°C and features an automatic defrost system. It also has an ambient temperature of 32°C. The interior features rounded corners for easy cleaning. The gaskets are also replaceable.
