This mobile hot cupboard features swivel castors at the base for easy and convenient maneuverability and transportation, as well as a built in brake system for fixed positioning. This Lincat Hot Cupboard is designed to take 5 x 1/1 GN containers up to 150mm deep. These containers are also available separately here at Brakes.

This fully 1/1 GN compatible hot cupboard is fan assisted for an even heat distribution, fast heat up and recovery times, and lower energy usage. Ideal for busy kitchen and periods and for those who wish to be energy efficient. This Lincat P6B5 Bain Marie Hot Cupboard features two heavy duty multi-section chrome plated rod shelves capable of taking the heaviest of loads. The different shelf positions allow you adjust in order to meet your needs.

The accurate digital electronic control on the hot cupboard is both easy and safe to use and has a temperature range of 20°C and 99°C, ideal for cooking all types of food. The thermostatically controlled bain marie top can be operated with wet or dry heat for added convenience. The drain tap located inside the hot cupboard allows for fast and easy draining.
