This Blue Seal G91B Gas Salamander Grill is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, delis, caf�s and much more. The exterior of this Salamander Grill is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust and designed for continuous and long-term use. The interior is made from vitreous porcelain enamel and features an easy to clean and remove drip tray. The grill features 4 racking positions which can be laid flat or inclined for added convenience. The drip tray is made from stainless steel and is ideal for capturing any unwanted grease and debris from your food whilst also pro-longing the life of your grill.

The Blue Seal G91B Gas Salamander Grill has high speed infra-red burners and dual burner controls on the left and right which are both large and easy to use. These knob like controls are heat resistant for added safety during use. This dual control Salamander Grill is suitable for bench and wall mounting and comes with a wall bracket and branding plate. The easy service and easy clean grill also features a pilot burner with flame failure protection, protecting your grill for a life long performance.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
