The Oven's exterior and interior is made from 430 grade stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for continuous and long-term use. The handles on the drop down doors are made from a strong plastic.
This singled decked Lincat PO49X Pizza Oven has the capacity for 4 x 9 (22cm) or 2 x 12 (30cm) pizzas per deck, ideal for busy kitchens. It has a temperature range of 80C to 400C and is thermostatically controlled. It features a single piece of firebrick base for an evenly cooked and crispy pizza base. It also has separate heat controls for top and base of the oven.
