This Lincat P0425-2 Twin Deck Pizza Oven is ideal for use in restaurants, pizzerias, takeaways, caf�s and other fast food outlets.

This Pizza Oven is made from a 430 grade stainless steel construction, which is durable, robust, hygienic and designed for continuous and long-term use. It has a temperature range of 80�C to 480�C, perfect for baking delicious pizzas. The internal firebrick base gives your pizzas a crisp and evenly cooked base.

The double decked pizza oven allows you to cook 2 pizzas at once, ideal for busy kitchens and achieving a high output rate. The Lincat P0425-2 Twin Deck Pizza Oven features separate heat controls for the top and base of the oven compartment. The temperature display gauge allows you to monitor the oven temperature more accurately. The internal illumination offers greater visibility of your pizza and makes it suitable for front of house use.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
