Built on the success of Opus 700, the new 800 series is larger, heavier, more durable and more powerful. Opus 800 products can be configured in multiple ways to meet the needs of the busiest commercial kitchen in both a suite or standalone units. With a stylish new look, Opus 800 is engineered to deliver enhanced performance, energy efficiency and serviceability.

The Lincat OG8002/N Opus 800 Six Burner Gas Oven Range has a open top hob with 7.5kW dual concentric burners for focused heat distribution from a fast boil to a low simmer. The individual heavy duty single cast iron supports are built to withstand the rigours of the busiest kitchen. The low flue allows the use of the complete hob top and the range comes with flame failure protection.

The large capacity fan assisted oven has temperature controls from 120°C to 280°C. It comes with 2 chrome plated shelves and 4 shelf positions to maximise oven space and can accommodate 4 x GN 1/1 containers (not included). The double insulated doors, side and back panels offer optimum efficiency and economy.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
