This Falcon G3107 Solid Top Range is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, hospitals and much more. The body of this solid top range is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for continuous and long-term use. The full width chefs solid top is made from a heavy duty cast iron which has been built to last. The solid top features a removable bulls eye and can deliver heat up to 400°C where required.
The ovens wide temperature range spanning from 120°C to 270°C allows you to cook a variety of different foods. The 5 different shelf positions make this range extremely versatile. It also comes supplied with 2 shelves. The doors have individual catches which help to retain any heat increasing this Burner Gas Ranges energy efficiency. The range also features laser etched control icons and low profile oven door handles for reduced intrusion into working space, and is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
