The body of the hotplate range is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for continuous and long-term use.

The doors also feature a thermal resistant glass so that the contents is visible at all times. It also features 2 rectangular and 2 round hotplates which are made from a heavy duty cast iron. These hotplates have a fast heat up rate and are ideal for busy kitchens.

The Falcon E3101 OTC 4HP Electric Three Hotplate Fan-Assisted Oven Range features 5 shelf positions for versatility as well as 2 nickel plated shelves. The oven has a temperature range of 100°C to 250°C, so is ideal for cooking a wide variety of food. It is also fan assisted which means an equal distribution of heat throughout.

The interior of the oven chamber is made from vitreous enamel which is easy to clean. The hotplates take up the full width of the top and features a removable drip tray. The base features adjustable feet which can be altered in height to meet your personal needs or kitchen specifications.
