The Dominator Plus E3741 Flexi Pan is a multi-functional cooking device that can perform several methods of cooking - shallow fry, boil, stew, poach, braise or steam. It is essentially a mini bratt pan, large pot, saute pan, wok, griddle and pan steam in one. It can also be used as a bain marie. Please note that to be able to steam food, the steam tray and lid accessories must be ordered as well (at extra cost), as these are not supplied as standard.

A Flexi Pan is ideal for use by restaurants, hotels , care homes and colleages to name but a few.

The E3741 has an internal cabinet compartment with a stainless steel casing with no square corners for ease of cleaning. It has a capacity of 12 litres and is manual fill, so does not require connection to a water supply.

It features a 200mm deep 1/1 GN tray located beneath the pan to decant souts. stews etc in to and retains heat so that food can be kept warm before service without overcooking.

The overall dimensions of this E3741 Flexi Pan are W400xD785xH940mm and it has a 7kW rating (32A three phase supply).

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
