This Lincat IH21 Induction Hob is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, delis, caf�s, canteens and much more. This hob is made from a 430 grade stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. The top is made from a 6mm thick Schott Ceran glass ceramic which has a high impact resistance, withstanding the rigours of a busy kitchen.

The Lincat IH21 Induction Hob features easy to use rotary controls which comes complete with LED display. The twin cooking zones is ideal for busy kitchens and offers a high output rate. The high power delivers almost twice the cooking power of a similarly rated gas hob. The boost function delivers power when it is most needed. It also features a pan detection system which cuts out the power if no pan is present, making it energy efficient. The filter is easy to change. The built in powerful internal cooling fan prevents the hob from over heating for a life long service.
