This Lincat LYNX 400 LGR Electric Griddle is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, delis, cafés, restaurants, canteens and much more. The surface of this electric griddle is made from one piece of heavy duty cast iron which is strong, durable and robust. This cast iron has a fast heat up rate from cold and has a maximum heat retention, ideal for busy kitchens and for maintaining a high output rate. This griddle plate also features an integral splash guard for added safety.

This Lincat LYNX 400 LGR Electric Griddle is thermostatically controlled, ideal for accurate cooking. The compact and low profile design gives excellent even heat distribution and allows you to use the entire surface. It has been designed to prevent seepage of grease into body which helps to prevent premature component failure.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
