This Pitco 35C/S Fryer is the ideal for use in any catering establishment, including hotels, restaurants, caf�s and much more.

This Fryer has been designed to be simple to use and to clean. This Gas Fryer has a single tank with two baskets and a 28.6kg per hour chip output creating fast recovery times, thus ensuring that you perform well during busy periods. The fryer also features a removable basket hanger for quick and easy cleaning. The tanks, cabinet sides and front are made from stainless steel, which is durable and designed for continuous and long-term use.

The base of the Fryer features adjustable legs, which allows you to position your fryer to a height that is suitable for you and your kitchen. This Gas Fryer also has a cabinet below, which enables you to store your condiments for added convenience.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
