This Gas Fryer can hold 2 x 15 litres of and oil and has a 2 x 32kg per hour chip output creating fast recovery times ensuring that you perform well during busy periods. The fryer also features a removable basket hanger for quick and easy cleaning. The hob is made from stainless steel which is durable and designed for continuous and long-term use.

The Falcon G3865 Gas Fryer also has a dust and debris cover helping you to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times. The Falcon G3865 Gas Fryer has been designed to be simple to use and simple to clean. It also features a state of the art piezo ignition. The base of the fryer also features swivel castors with brakes for easy and convenient manoeuvrabilityas well as a brake for static positioning. Please note that these castors are an extra cost.
