This Falcon G3865 Gas Fryer is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, cafés and much more. This gas twin pan with 2 x 15 litre tanks with 2 basket fryers, has been designed to be simple to use and to clean. This Gas Fryer can hold 2 x 15 litres of and oil and has a 2 x 32kg per hour chip output creating fast recovery times ensuring that you perform well during busy periods. The fryer also features a removable basket hanger for quick and easy cleaning. The hob is made from stainless steel which is durable and designed for continuous and long-term use.
The Falcon G3865 Gas Fryer also has a dust and debris cover helping you to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times. The Falcon G3865 Gas Fryer has been designed to be simple to use and simple to clean. It also features a state of the art piezo ignition. The base of the fryer also features swivel castors with brakes for easy and convenient manoeuvrabilityas well as a brake for static positioning. Please note that these castors are an extra cost.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
