This twin tank fryer has been designed to be simple to use and to clean. This Gas Fryer has 2x 13 litre oil capacity and a 31-37kg per hour chip output creating fast recovery times ensuring that you perform well during busy periods. The fryer also features a removable basket hanger for quick and easy cleaning. The tanks, cabinet sides and front are made from stainless steel which is durable and designed for continuous and long-term use.

The Blue Seal GT46 Gas Fryer Twin Tank V Ray Burners with twin tank and basket and is designed to be simple to use and simple to clean. The base of the fryer also features swivel castors with brakes for easy and convenient maneuverability as well as a brake for static positioning. The adjustable front legs allow you position your fryer to a height that is suitable for you and your kitchen.
