This Single Fryer is made from stainless steel which robust, durable and designed for continuous and long-term use. The stainless steel is easy to clean and is ideal for the busiest of kitchens. The electric fryer features a robust front rail which protects the operator and the controls. The fryer is operated via a electronically controlled digital display which is both safe and easy to use.

The Blue Seal E43E Electric 3 Phase Fryer Single Well also features heavy duty large capacity wire baskets with a rugged basket hanger for a great output rate and faster service. This fryer is ideal for getting through those busy periods, supplying 31-37kg chips per hour. The Blue Seal Fryer also features a full 1" drain valve and lift out elements for any easy and convenient clean down.

This Blue Seal E43E Electric 3 Phase Fryer Single Well also features an oil level and over temperature safety cut-out protecting your fryer and kitchen from any potential spillages. The rear castors allow you to maneuver and transport your fryer with ease. The adjustable front legs allow you position your fryer to a height that is suitable for you and your kitchen. The variable heat control has a temperature range of 60°C to 200°C. The 27ltr capacity tank with 1 basket and is ideal for cooking medium quantities of food or two separate foods at the same time for a quick and effective service every time.
