This compact counter top fryer is suitable for cooking both fresh and frozen products in. It can cook up to 10kg of frozen chips per hour, ideal for smaller kitchens or fast food restaurants.
Temperatures for this Roller Grill and Fryer can reach up to 180°C, which is thermostatically controlled. It also features a safety microstat and switch which ensures correct positioning of the element. The cooling zone beneath oil is essential for prolonging the life of your oil, making this fryer cost effective. The 5 litre capacity basket features a heat resistant handle for added safety.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
