This fryer is made from stainless steel which is robust, durable, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. The tank and batter plates are made from stainless steel and are easy to remove for easy cleaning. The controls head and elements can also be removed for easy maintenance. This Lincat fryer comes with batter plate, stainless steel lid and heavy duty baskets.

This Lincat Lynx 400 LDF Fryer has been designed to fit counter tops. The tank has a capacity of 4 litre for a good output and versatility. The fryer is thermostatically controlled for great consistent results. The thermostat also features a high limit which cuts off the fryer if the thermostat fails for added safety.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
