The 4 ring hob top is made from a fully hygienic pressed stainless steel which is robust, durable and perfect for long-term and continuous use. The top also features high speed front and rear hot-plate elements for fast heating and cooking. These hot plates elements have 6 heat settings for added convenience.
The Blue Seal E931M Electric Turbofan Convection Range oven has the capacity to hold 4 1/1 GN gastronorms which are also available separately here at Brakes. The oven is operated via a mechanical thermostat and has a temperature range of 50C to 270C. It has a 60 minute timer which features a time-up buzzer. Food can also be cooked with grill or bake mode, so is ideal for a variety of food.
The hinged door features a stay-cool door handle for added safety. The vitreous enamel oven chamber helps to retain heat for a faster output rate, ideal for busy kitchens.
