It has easy to use electronic controls with high visibility digital display, electronic thermostat and vitreous enamel oven liner for easy cleaning. The Electronic thermostat control with electronic timer with countdown or time count modes helps to make your cooking process easy and more convenient. This Electric Convection Oven is also programmable for up to 20 programs.

This Blue Seal E31D4 Turbo Fan Electric Convection Oven features a large easy to view glass door panel along with a fitted internal halogen light so that your food is visible at all time. The digital display time and temperature controls are easy to read and use. The various heat modes allow you to both bake and grill your food. In addition the oven also features safe to touch side hinged doors and handle.

The base of this Blue Seal E31D4 Turbo Fan Electric Convection Oven features 4 stainless steel anti skid adjustable feet which can be altered to meet individual needs or kitchen specifications. Blue Seal stainless steel stands are also available here at Brakes. These stands offer added height as well as making your oven mobile.
