At Brakes Catering equipment we can offer you a range of highly efficient combination ovens and combination steamers. Here we can see the Rational Combi Duo Kit - 61/101 providing you with an extremely high quality oven and steamer, with a wide range of features, which make this combination oven perfect for any commercial kitchen.

Our range of combination ovens are designed with a self clean mode, a number of cooking modes and our combination steamers come with hand shower and core temperature probe. Our combination ovens are either gas or electrical and are energy efficient. Electrical ovens will need specialist install in terms of electrical supply and both gas and electrical ovens will need connection to water and waste pipes. Each combination oven is designed to be durable, simple to use and has easy to clean surfaces, making it easy to maintain and keep presentable.

The Rational Combi Duo Kit - 61/101 enables and Rational combi models 61 and 101 to be stacked.

All prices exclude VAT, which will be charged on products where applicable. All orders under £50 ex VAT are charged £6.00 + VAT for carriage. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isle of Man will incur an additional charge. Manufacturers’ warranties apply to mainland UK only. Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
