The unit is made from stainless steel and the cooking grid from a strong cast iron. This countertop unit is ideal for saving valuable floor space within your kitchen.

The Lincat Silverlink 600 ECG9 Electric Chargrill features a high heat retention of cast iron grids, which means that there is no waiting for the Grill to recover to cooking temperature. This Chargrill is ideal for busy kitchens and maintaining a high output rate. The water bath provides humidity keeping your food succulent and reducing shrinkage. The high temperature safety cut out helps protect the Chargrill if the water bath runs dry. The cooking grids are removable for easy cleaning. It also has a front drainage tap and splashguard with funnel at rear.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
