The dish is made from 100% premium black ribbed melamine, which is durable, food safe, and helps to eliminate breakages and chips. Melamine looks and feels like porcelain, keeps its shine and is suitable for dishwasher use.

The dimensions of this Reef Ribbed dish are 13.7x8.2x3.3cm (5.5x3.2x1.2") and can hold up to 60ml. Alternative sizes can also be purchased from Brakes Catering Equipment, giving excellent flexibility for food presentation.
