These Sheffield steel blades are supplied with polypropylene handles and are designed to make the most of your professional skills. Health and Safety is the priority in any kitchen. This is one of the best ways of ensuring good food hygiene and reducing the risk of cross contamination is to adopt the colour coded system.
This Green Parer Knife has a coloured handle making it easy to categorise and separate into meat, vegetable, fish etc use so that there is no chance of cross contamination. Each knife is designed to be durable, simple to use and machine washable making them ideal for any professional or commercial kitchen.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
