The Tapered Pizza Pan is made from hardwearing and robust black iron and can be used in either conveyor or deck ovens. The tapered edge allows the dough to rise enabling the baking of the popular thick dough.
This Pizza Pan is not recommended for dishwasher use and should be kept dry and well oiled with cooking oil once used. Please note metal utensils should not used with this Pizza Pan and that it should be seasoned prior to use.
