The large capacity twin fan assisted oven has temperature controls from 130°C to 265°C. It comes with 3 chrome plated shelves and 5 shelf positions to maximise oven space and can accommodate 6 x GN 1/1 containers (not included). The double insulated doors, side and back panels offer optimum efficiency and economy.
