This Diamond Hone Hybrid™ Sharpener Model 220 combines electric and manual CrissCross™ advanced sharpening technology for an extremely sharp, burr-free edge with lots of bite. It is therefore easy to use across multiple foodservice establishments, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, pubs and many more.
Both stages use 100% diamond abrasives, with stage 1 for sharpening and stage 2 for honing and re-sharpening your blades. This Hybrid™ Knife Sharpener has dimensions of 18.5x8x8.5cm and it is supplied as a single unit.
