The Versicarte VCCV4 Carvery Unit is made up of two heated carving pads with holding spikes for a solid grip and fit during use. The heated plate dispenser can hold up to 65 plates and keeps your plates hot at all times. The carving pads are made from stainless steel which is durable, robust and perfect for continuous and long-term use, whilst also being easy to clean. The carving pads release an even heat distribution which is manually controlled via a thermostat.
This carvery unit features several compartments which have all been tailored to cook and serve different foods on. The bain-marie with fan assisted heating unit is designed to accommodate various combinations of gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep. Three one third size and two one sixth size as standard allows various combinations of vegetable and sauces to be served with carved roasts.
