All Brakes Catering Equipment Project Managers are fully involved with clients from briefing through to installation, training and after-sales support. this 'total management' approach, with one main point of contact, therefore makes it easier for you and facilitates a successful installation.
The Project Manager is responsible for working out the project timescales and organising contractors, as well as producing a Health & Safety Plan. This aims at eliminating, where possible, any risks involved with the installation. All Brakes Catering Equipment projects are delivered to the highest Health & Safety standards.
Prior to installation all equipment is checked and consolidated in our warehouses. A full project briefing to all building contractors and other suppliers also ensures that everyone is fully aware of the client requirements and provides an opportunity to deal with any queries or issues.
On a day to day basis, the Project Manager is responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication and is available for site meetings and ad hoc consultations to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.
In the words of Michelle Hay - Catering Manager, Heathlands Village Care Home - "One of the unique selling points of Brakes Catering Equipment was their ability to handle every aspect of the job and accommodate the restrictive working conditions. They were very easy to work with and ensured that the job ran smoothly."
