Banquetline banquet carts and trolleys are the ultimate solution to holding, storing and transporting hot and chilled food in optimum condition. They are perfect for catering on a grand scale and can be used for banquets, conferences, hotels and sports stadia, universities, colleges and outside events.
The hot hold banquet cart, similar in operation to Alto Shaam holding cabinets, holds hot food in perfect condition and enables the caterer to prepare food and plate meals in advance of designated food service, allowing for a more streamlined operation.
The Victor Banquetline 100 Heated Banquet Cart has a stainless steel construction and is suited to the smaller operation / hire market or where a high degree of portability is required. This model is designed to enable GN 1/1 size containers to fit on the shelf brackets, thereby eliminating the need for additional shelves. It can hold 108 plated meals or 28 GN 1/1 x 65mm deep gastronorm containers (not included). The top mounted, digital temperature control is adjustable between 65 to 95°C.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
