The Ledbury voted London's top restaurant

The Ledbury has picked up the prize as the best restaurant in London for the second year running. 

It emerged on top of the prestigious All In One Ultimate Restaurant List - the definitive rundown of the best eateries in the capital city - emerging ahead of Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley and The Square, who came second and third respectively.

Head chef at The Ledbury Brett Graham was delighted to receive the award, adding: "We are constantly working hard and trying to improve. We enjoy what we do and I hope that comes across to our customers. We want to make sure they have the best possible experience."

Of course, quality has to be present in every single aspect of a top restaurant and this includes the kitchen equipment. Mr Graham and his group of chefs require the best in catering utensils in order to make such beautifully prepared meals. 

The award is all the more impressive considering Mr Graham is relatively young at only 34. However, he has learned a great deal from his business partners - Nigel Platts-Martin and Phil Howard - who have been helping him out since he first arrived in London, while he also likes to surround himself with a "young, energetic team" of staff. 

When asked about the future of the London dining scene, Mr Graham remarked: "I see more and more restaurants growing their own produce at the moment, and also home brewing - we are currently doing a bit of that here."

The biggest climber in the list was Pitt Cue Co, which specialises in BBQ ribs, pulled pork, brisket and bourbon. It managed to debut at number ten with an average score of 7.7, showing that it's possible to develop a great reputation in a relatively short period of time. 

Corner Room, The Delaunay, Hawksmoor Guildhall and Dabbous are among the eateries to have progressed onto the countdown this year after being identified as ones to watch in 2012. ADNFCR-16001031-ID-801611036-ADNFCR
